Our services range from a fully turn-key service to any of the individual components that contribute to your successful newsletter.

Complete Turn-key service offering
We will manage and administer the entire project for you. You can have as much involvement as you like, but your only required involvement is that you supply the initial mailing list, provide any content you want included, story suggestions, and interview subjects.

Newsletter/Web site
We will develop a web site/newsletter and establish the required features based on our discussions. The standard components include a web site that acts as a repository for your content (articles, images, news items, and other components), a content management system that contains the newsletter items, a newsletter formatting and presentation system, and a mailing service.
 
The web site is based on an open source content management system that is used internationally, and that we employ for many similar projects. The system uses a  template based design that allows significant flexibility in the presentation of your site. We will set up the site with several templates that you can preview and choose one that appeals to you, and possibly conforms with your main site.
 
If you already use a web site to host the content you will be using in your email newsletter, it may be possible to continue to use the same web site. We will review your current site structure and evaluate its suitability for hosting newsletter content.

Mailing
We will create a newsletter and mail it based on your desired schedule. Each email newsletter will contain a number of  articles and news items.  Articles can be provided by you, your organization, and writers you enlist to help with your efforts. We also offer an editorial service that delivers professionally written and edited articles based on an editorial schedule we establish. Photos will be included when possible and appropriate.

Mail Lists
We will manage your mailing list and send your newsletters to your opt-in list based on the schedule you establish. As an option, will supply the formatted newsletter content to you, which you can deliver to your list using your own mail service.

Frequency
The newsletter will be published on a regular basis.  We recommend a bi-weekly schedule, but the schedule is dependent on your needs. Considerations including content acquisition, reader expectations, and budget all play a part in determining your mailing frequency. We will work together to find the right combination to meet your needs.

Advertising
Most newsletters and their associated web sites accomodate advertising in a variety of formats including text and banners.
 
You can use the banner spaces available on the web site to promote your own products and services. Recipients of your newsletter will click the links in the newsletter in order to read the remainder of the article which is located on the web site. Once they are viewing the site, they will be able to see your banner ads for your own products as well as any ads you are running for other sites. Posting your own ads is a good way to promote your products and announce special offers.
 
Content
We will act as managing editor and publisher on your behalf. We will create an editorial calendar for your newsletter based on your needs. Then I will recruit writers to create the articles, manage the assignments, and edit their work. If you have staff members who are able to create content for your newsletters, I will accept their documents, edit them, and include them as part of your newsletter.

Additional contents
The site has the ability to display surveys/polls, which help to increase reader interaction. I suggest including a different poll for each newsletter.
 
Promotion
We advocate promotion of newsletters by using a variety of social media tools including Twitter, Facebook, and many other services that can deliver high visibility.
